IMPLEMENTATION
When implementing ezMPS you will be assigned a dedicated Implementation Coordinator and will have access to login to our system to see where you are at in the process at all times. Our knowledgeable Coordinators will guide you thru the simple 3 step implementation process and help transition you over to the training team. ezMPS is easy to use and easy to launch.
TRAINING
ezMPS Trainers offer a complete range of training from billable webinars to personalized training sessions to onsite training. Our industry experienced trainers are always ready to answer any questions you may have.
SUPPORT
The ezMPS Support Team is available Mon – Fri from 7:00 am – 5:00 pm Mountain Standard Time. They are available to assist with technical questions, any break/fix issues, and general questions. Supports calls are always answered by a live person and 95% are fixed on the very first call!
